They are very slightly different - the handgrip stippling is different and the outer barrel looks a slightly different shade of rose gold. Bearing in mind that EMG is just the licence holder they could very easily be different OEMs and therefore very differently performing guns.

Looking closer into this it does seem like the one that the OP is looking for is a different OEM than the first one - the EMG codes for them are CM0100 and CM0200 for the newer Armorer Works one.
