I recently bought a KSC M93R and was really pleased with it but felt the recoil spring was too squishy. So as a test I took the spring out of my currently not working WE Tech F226 and tried it out. The difference was really noticeable with a much faster return and snappy shooting. Before I keep this setup I just thought it'd be a good idea to check that this wasn't going to break my gun. It still cycles fine and since they're both replicas of 9mm pistols so the travel is the same but I wanted to check that my slide and stuff would be up to the added stress as the KSC slide is a lot lighter than the F226 slide.
