KJW P226

Hi, I recently bought a second hand KJW P226, and I knew this problem from the start, when I pull the slide back, with the mag it, it sticks, and I took the magazine out, and I realised it gets stuck on a piece of metal which is attached to the Loading nozzle on the edges, and slightly on a ridge is there any way of fixing this? By tightening the hammer a bit? ( parts indicated by a screw driver )
