jg m4 spring chopping

hi i have a jg m4 and it is doing 383 fps and i need the spring chopping so it is lower than 350 but i do not know anyone who can do it. can any one hlpe me?

if you know someone who can do it could you let me know the only thing i do need to say is they would have to come to my house in sheffield to do it.

TBH, you are just better getting a new spring and either putting it in yourself or asking your local site to do it. Should cost about £20 all in.

You could just heat one end up with a butane torch and press the end down a little at a time and then requench the metal.

This is method i use on dropping power on uk legal limit spring air rifles.
