I got an evo from them and it was broken out of the box but this is really not the retailers fault more the manufacturer. Their email replies were quick and to the point had the returns shipping sorted out quickly never over 24 business hours betwen contact.

Overall I've had no issues with the retailer in how they treated me or their shipping/contact speed it was very good pre and post sale.

I will be buying from them again if they have items I want.

Some of their stuff can be expensive..but I really like the shop and know all the staff there.  Plus sometimes it's good for the soul to just hang out in a gun & gear shop and they do have a lot of variety..which is nice.  (There is something about getting your hands on a gun and trying it, rather than ordering one from the internet and hope it's ok..)
