Im guessing that is the Air nozzle that has bust in half?

Could be the reason for drop in fps.

Maybe another pic from a slightly off centre angle would be more helpful to 'diagnose' the problem

Need side pictures really to see if it's snapped but if you think it's looks dodgy then that probably is the reason for FPS drop as there's a poop seal between it and the rubber.

That's your pistol head/air nozzle and tappet plate mate

Yeah - the black bit is the tappet plate. Looks fine!
