ICS CXP-148

Afternoon all I am after a little help. I bought this gun ( ICS-148) second hand from a friend, the gun seems to be having a few issues creeping up. The selector between semi and auto sometimes does not make a difference just does full auto. The lad I bought this from said he has upgraded it with a tight bore barrel, from today's match it chronoed at 201FPS   

So my question is what can I do to improve this is anything. New "o" rings. Any help appreciated

the low FPS will be down the not fitting the barrel/hop up in the right positions use YouTube videos on how to change an barrel and simply take apart the hop up/barrel would be a good time to change the hop up rubber just incase the a tear/hole in it few quad
