Time to build myself a DMR me thinks.
Seems to be the only thing missing from my collection for my playing styles, so going to convert my WE/RATech 416 into more of a DMR spec rifle.
It already shoots pretty much like one, just need to sort out the body to suit the look.
On the list to buy:
RA Tech Magic Pin (stop the upper/lower wobble)
RS VLTOR EMOD stock
Harris Bipod
PEQ15 for night games (slimmer alternative to my torch for night games and adds another 10ft of range because it looks cool :L )
Magpul AFG1 (Don't like magpul as a company, but i do like their AFG)
New fire selector to mod to Semi-Auto only
A few 20rnd Magazines, and a few more 30rnd ones. (Total 8x30rnd, 3x20rnd)
Barrel wise I'm just going to keep the 14" barrel on and then stick a silencer to make it look a little longer.
Already has a 363mm 6.01mm barrel, wont be getting a longer one so i can still use this gun in small sites by swapping the configuration around.
Will use my 4x ACOG since i find pretty much anything extra is a little overkill in airsoft. Plus i don't really get on with scopes as a whole, still getting used to the ACOG.
Will also be looking at RS charging handles and maybe a BAD lever. Also was toying with the idea of 1 o'clock backup sights.
Should hopefully look like this after I finish.
Thoughts? Add something, take something off?
