Help please with Cowcow hammer set aap not firing.

Bought the cowcow hammer set for the aap. Gun fire fine with the original hammer set but with the cowcow the hammer group cycles, but doesn't recoil and just releases all or some of the gas. Have seen a few posts on Reddit saying people have had to adjust the fitment but I'm unsure what to do as nothing seems to be rubbing or getting jammed. I have attached a video.
