Hi all, 

Im looking at buying a Well g16a1 in the near future ( I know they're not the best quality) 

my question is, I believe they are a copy (western arms??) of a more expensive gun, is this true? 

If so where is the best best place to buy parts/mags? 

Which parts will will be compatible? (Manufactures/models?)

If they aren't the best quality, is it not worth spending a little more on a WE M4?!

WE m4 is over £100 more, is rather spend that on upgrade parts I can fit myself

I’d highly advise against it. If that gun empties a whole mag I’d be amazed and if it survives more than 10 it would be a miracle. You can’t buy a cheap gas gun. Trust me, I’ve had over 30 of them

I don't skirmish, only target shooting at home so no biggie if it breaks. Also it will give me the opertunity to learn about and upgrade it (my main interest). 

May start a thread about it when it arrives, see how long it lasts, what upgrades fit/work well etc
