Gate Aster in a G3 - fire selector issues

I have a JG G3 in the works at the minute, I've fitted and Aster SX V2 to it and it's doing a weird thing on the fire selector. I'm sure it's related to the sticker positioning on the selector plate but here it is:

Safe to Semi OK, Semi to Auto, OK, Auto to Semi - stays in Auto, Auto to safe flicks briefly through Semi and straight to safe. It's almost like the physical position for Semi shifts slightly in the reverse direction if that makes sense?

Any ideas? (other than put in a Perun)

Haven't much experience with JGs but quick question, what colour is the selector plate? Some of the ETUs can be temperamental with different colours.

It's black plastic with a metal contact plate. I've got the stickers on it anyway so shouldn't be an issue.

That's what I'm staring to think. Not exactly a precision instrument after all!

I have a memory of calibrating for that, but that would have been a titan so maybe the adter doesnt have a calibration for it?

The selector plate has a black plastic overhang and is driven by a weird cam so there's every possibility of mechanical slop I guess..

Possible. I'll have a look in the Titan menus to see if there's a difference.

There's a lot of mention around G26 fire selectors in the V3 manual but nothing for G3 in the V2.

FIXED! After consulting the great and wise oracle (Negative Luke), fitted a Guarder selector plate and that's sorted it. So yeah, if anyone else has that issue - Guarder selector plate.

Thanks for keeping us updated, it's nice to see the problem was solved. Guarder selector and tappet plates are often a good call.

I used the sticker with the thickest black line lined right up tight to the left side of the metal bit.

I ended up putting a Perun in mine.
