Fitting new HOP Nub Help?

Hi I wonder if anyone has made a guide of how to change the Nub in a HOP Chamber with the "Cog" type side adjustment rather than the "lever" type?

G & G M4 Blowback, I can strip out the Parts just need to know how to get inside the Chamber without mangling it please.

Edit: ill have it done in 45 mins, maybe before but some are missing due to zeroin being down.... not sure if that's good or bad

Fair enough, I've got alternatives with the same info from the hop up site and others anyway
