Field Stripping TRMR E1 X4

So today I worked out how to completely strip the TRMR grenade into its individual parts for cleaning. 

Would anyone like a video showing how to do this? - there does not appear to be any instructions online.

Just unscrew the inner ring plate with the two holes drilled in it either side of the firing pin (inside the top half) and it all comes apart...
