Thanks but I have seen these. Dont particularly like the style or the price and im moving towards manufacturing all of my own gear anyway.

Also Im a cheapskate and heavy duty cordura is about £6 a meter

 
Well done for the effort, & while I'm not averse to slightly modding existing kit to suit my needs, life's too short to manufacture from scratch, especially when even the budget nylon kit is excellent value & actually damn good quality when I compare it to the issue kit when I served.

obviously if your considering any kind of bespoke manufacturing venture, then practice makes perfect & good luck with what you do ?

Well I enjoy making things. Im a woodworker by trade, I forge plate armour, I make chainmaille, I build and repair airsoft guns and I sew other things. This is just another skill to add to the pile. 

V2 pouches are looking a lot better.

Extra piece of velcro is for closing it when there is only one mag in it btw
