Current stance on GBBRs - been away for a while

I've been somewhat absent from the sport recently, and as such haven't had much experience with the new laws regarding airsoft. I've read the fews posts here about it but none of them seem to point to a definite answer regarding any type of airsoft weapon, however gas and HPA seem to be the most undecided. I run a GBB M4, NPAS fitted and all that, fires under the limit, but I'm wondering if someone could help clear up the mess regarding the legality of having and using a gas rifle now?
