changing to a plate carrier

hi all,

just a quick one

does anyone run a fast attack plate carrier with a battle belt as a 1st with the battle belt on a H harness under the flyee plate carrier if so comfort ??

do you need a H harness if only adding a drop leg holster pistol mags on right and a drop pouch on left with 1 mag pouch for a high cap,

or would i be better to look at a standard belt (please give suggestions ) not the battle belt
