Camelbak with face protection

I'm looking at getting a camelbak, but then I was thinking would it actually work with the half face mesh masks?

You have to displace the mask... But your hardly going to be drinking under fire...

You can also get a geiger rig bladder for it and use pressure to squirt water through the lower mesh mask. Has the advantage you can use it to wash stuff, share waters with others without having them suck on your nipple. Expensive solution but it works really well.
