Best thing to do is PM every week because I'm fairly convinced he only checks the top couple of his PMs at a time.

Nope. Welcome to UKAF.

Just keep at it - he does log in from time to time and read the threads in the feedback area.

Well, I ordered my patch via Paypal at the admin address so, here's hoping

Sometimes I think so, always seems to answer if the server is down etc

I had the exact same thing by the way. It took almost 6 weeks to get the patches but they did get sorted. I tried every form of communication so I'm not sure which worked. You'll get them though - Devastator even refunded me for them being so late so hey you might score some free patches.

It might seem wrong, or unfair, but its not really out of character, he does not come here that often, and he is quite busy. Did you send money to the paypal address?
