Are there any MK16's(SCARs) under 350 FPS for sale anywhere?

I'm looking at getting into airsoft. I have played 3 times with rental, one of them times was today. I was with the marshalls most of the day due to the rental gun no feeding. I want to get my first gun. I'm set on getting a scar l(MK16). Unfortunately, I can't find any with an FPS of 350 or lower. Does anyone know of any places or brands that make a scar with under 350 fps as its UK law for it to be under.

350fps is not the legal limit, 1.3joules is.
