AK mag compatibility?

How compatible are AK mags between different manufacturers?

Are AK47 compatible with AK74 in the airsoft world?

I'm looking to get THIS magazine to fit an LCT LCKS74NV

I found some info on the subject and may have to do a bit of filing which is fine.

Got the mags.  E&L DON'T fit LCT

I think I can fix em but its not so easy as simple filing.

The easy part is reducing the width at the front by about 0.5mm either side.

They will then fit in the rifle but not feed properly.

The harder part is that the rear tab has to be about 1.5mm lower to be tight enough for correct feeding.

Gonna have to try gluing something on the surface to lower it a bit.

Do e&l mags fit in cyma ak? I have been looking at the gun but I can't find midcaps for it. I use patrol base for airsoft kit so I don't know about any of the more exotic ones.
