Ak FPS issues

Got a second hand E&L AK 104 PMC that is meant to be shooting at 345FPS and is coming out at 100FPS average on .20's any ideas on what could be causing this as I am going to try and strip it tonight (have no idea on how to even strip an AK but hey ho) and wanted to make sure I checked the right places.
