Well recently I bought a rubber knife from them. It was only $9. Free shipping. So after buying it it came fairly quickly. It came damaged. Handle was semi broken. I contacted support and very quickly got a reply. They sent me a new one. I recommend the company to anyone looking for some airsoft accessories or parts.
