A&K M60 How to remove feed cover bolt?

Anyone know how to undo this bolt holding the feed cover?

As you can see the previous owner didn't get the spring end underneath as it should be...

Can you provide a zoomed out photo, can’t quite tell where abouts this is on the gun.... 

I had one for 15months so I know a bit about them...
