TL;DR: I reported a dead-on-arrival replica back in April 2024. A CS rep named "Kevin" blatantly lied that my refund was already processed. After months of fighting for a return label, I finally sent it back in early 2026, but the store gave a faulty return address. Another CS rep, "Catarina", lied that she fixed the address with UPS. The package was physically returned to my door. Almost 2 years later, my €501.80 is still frozen and I'm fighting them via Klarna. Avoid this store at all costs!
Hi everyone, I need to warn the community about the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. If you are thinking about buying from Airsoftmania.eu – save yourself the stress and money. Here is the full timeline of my ongoing nightmare that started almost two years ago:
2. Lie #1: Kevin and the "Ghost Refund"
During my attempts to get the actual return label, I received an email from a customer service representative named Kevin. He blatantly stated that my reimbursement had "already been made."
Reality: A massive lie. No refund was ever issued to my Klarna account, and I was still sitting with a broken replica.
3. The Fake Address & The Courier Bounce (Early 2026)
After an agonizingly long battle just to get the actual UPS return label, I finally packed the replica and handed it over to the courier in February 2026. I thought it was over. A few days later (Feb 23), I checked the UPS tracking: "Delivery Exception". The merchant's address on their own return label was incorrect! UPS literally bounced off their warehouse.
4. Lie #2: Catarina and the "Fixed" Address
I immediately emailed Airsoftmania about the UPS exception. A customer service rep named Catarina assured me in writing that she had contacted UPS and successfully corrected the return address.
Reality: Another complete lie. The address was never fixed, and UPS physically returned the package right back to my door in the Netherlands. I now have the broken replica sitting in my house with the UPS "Return to Sender" stickers all over it.
5. The Current Situation (March 2026)
At this point, I have completely ceased all direct communication with their deceitful support team. I have escalated the dispute to Klarna, provided all the physical evidence (photos of the UPS return labels with my home address, screenshots of the emails with their lies), and demanded a forced refund. Klarna’s resolution team is currently investigating it with a final deadline set for March 31st.
Two years of fighting, zero accountability, a faulty address, and customer service representatives who literally lie to your face. Has anyone else had a similar experience with Airsoftmania? Please share, because people need to know to stay away from them.
