hey peoples i have had the two tone w700 for a while now but it seems really loud when im pulling the bolt back to reload i have used gun oil which has worked to a degree but does anyone have an idea how i can make it quieter?

i have a 2 tone famas and i find it shoots really high and it has no hop up ive tried altering the scope but it just turns off if i put it to high any ideas on if/how i can get it shooting straighter??

i have no idea its a standard spring i have done no mods it says it does 450 fps sorry i cant be more helpfull unless it says on the spring?
