Yea i completely disassembled, cleaned and rebuilt the gun and sprayed with some silicone. Ive not got the mag as the previous "tech" my mate gave it to lost it (yea i know). Il need to see if i can source a mag for it next pay day and give it a shot.

Aye, the setup i have runs about 20rps with a 11.1 so that is probably whats causing the problems then. I was intending on switching out parts over time, I will have to have a look for some good gears then and a new cutoff lever. Thanks for the info.

It is the gas nozzle, The gas must be too high pressure. The nozzle was quite crap quality and barely a mm thick. Im going to write to KWA about this.
