I have tried a different battery and still no luck. I made sure everything was connected properly and firmly. It did come with the gun 

My new gun straight out the box won't fire. The battery being fully charged and connections all alright. I can't seem to find what the issue is. Hoping it's just a simple issue that I'm missing.  Thanks  PXL_20230930_140630078.TS.mp4
