    Thanks for taking photos of yours. The wiring and inside look similar to your surefire, and there no internal screw. The torch reminds me of a 90s maglite and the bulb feels like it's that same era. It's definitely not LED.

    Cheers, yes before surefire became surefire they were called "laser products corporation" which didn't have the branding or serial numbers. Apparently - this is new to me. Clones would also not have those either I suspect. That "caution hot surface" marking in mine is quite deeply engraved.

    I used to have one and was really impressed. Range and accuracy were excellent. The trigger is a mk23 trigger which is not a pleasant shooting experience. That's why I sold it in the end. Very good performer though.
