Anyone know where I could order this lct AS VAL part?

Hi everyone I'm having trouble finding this specific part for the lct as Val (https://www.firesupport.uk/lct-saj028-00-00-00-spare-parts-for-val.html) would anyone know if I can order directly through a shop or from LCT themselves? Thanks

    Type 89 upgrades

I'm in love with my Tokyo Marui type 89 however it's lacking in the range and FPS department. However there isn't much information online. Has anyone upgraded one before? And will it be fine on a m100 spring ? Thanks
