Wwii (Ww2) Kit Thread for All Factions

It's an absolutely astonishingly faithful replica, and the GBB is really nice and weighty. I've had a couple of issue with gas efficiency on colder days, but that's to be expected. There's the odd thing about it as an airsoft gun that's a little inconvenient - such as having to remove the barrel...

Ah I'll be bayonet charging in it shan't be an issue for me! ?  I can't see bugger all without my glasses anyway so usually I have to be within 20m to actually see someone!

Cheers, and I've got one actually, I'm just not quite sure what the correct way to carry it would be. I have a sheith but no idea where to attach it! It's the leather sort but I think it might be designed for para trousers. And I so desperately want a Lee Enfield, so much so my wallet is...

    Load-Out / Loadout Picture topic

I've just put my first proper WW2 kit together after years of spending all my money on guns instead... I went for a British Commando look mostly because... Well I'll be honest, it was the cheapest. And having just mostly drained my funds getting the new Northeast Sten MkV, it needed to be! It...

Solved - Cyma M1928 Thompson Included Battery?

Cheers for the speedy replies! I have got a smart charger so there shouldn't be any issues there, and I'm not too bothered if the performance is marginally worse, so I shall use it in the Thomspon for the time being. I did try to get a third LiPo but accidentially bought a Deans connector one...

The 'What have you just bought' Thread

Finally after a month of waiting this gorgeous thing showed up... Northeast Sten MkV GBB. Absolutely beautiful replica, and packs a serious kick. Breaks down almost exactly like the real steel, and operates very similarly. The bolt will even fly out the back if you leave the stock off and...

Solved - Cyma M1928 Thompson Included Battery?

I find myself in the situation of having two LiPo batteries and three AEGs - One of which, the CYMA M1928 Thompson, came with a NiMH battery that up until now I had just thrown in the bottom of a drawer and assumed was fairly useless. But now, with my other two guns needing crane style LiPos to...

A WWII duo... Double Bell K98k Real Wood and CYMA M1928. Amazing what adding a sling can do for authenticity.

    Load-Out / Loadout Picture topic

Recently did a garden photoshoot of a kit I've yet to be able to try at a game, my 'Thatcher' Operation Nimrod cosplay from Rainbow 6 Siege.

    Gun picture thread

I've been keeping myself busy with a photoshoot given current circumstances, so prepare for this to be a fairly long post! Almost all of my kit, and all my guns, layed out; I set everything up into little themed groups, and took a few artsy shots of each. WWII Kit: SAS: MTP...

The 'What have you just bought' Thread

Been a while but felt the ich for a new gun... Picked up my first WWII era gun, aside from the Webley, a Cyma M1928 Thompson. (Little bit innacurate in being based off their M1A1 model, but the only other option is the Ares one and I didn't have 550 quid to spend on that as good as it looks.)

Army Armament R85 Hop Up Replacement

I've been working on my Army Armament R85, which is kinda the reason I got it, learn by doing and all that. And if there's any gun that needs a lot of 'doing', it's the Army Armament R85.  Thus far I've added a few screws that were missing on my gun, and replaced a few so it's all a bit more...

Mind at rest about the beret a bit at least, thanks, I've done a quick google though and I see what you mean! It's a unique look to the Airsoft field at least ? And I've had that impression of the snood, I'm actually wearing a lower mesh over it in the picture, I mainly got it for CQB use under...

    Load-Out / Loadout Picture topic

Just trying yet another headgear setup for this weekend... New pair of goggles I mainly got for the prescription inserts, but they seem to gather sweat at an alarming rate so I may forgo that idea. Good googles for the range though. I'll probably go with my bolle's instead this time around. They...

Oh believe me it was a mid cap very very closely checked to be empty, and only in for a moment for the sake of the picture! I'm always one for caution. No sense loosing an eye for the sake of a cool photograph.

    Load-Out / Loadout Picture topic

Few pictures of my work in progress MTP kit from a 'Mini-game' I did with a few mates a couple of weeks ago... Photos by our good friend 'PJ'.   -Does this thing have anything in it?   - I've since got a new lower mesh to go over the snood; one of the newer half soft ones. My old one was...
