    I use one of these. I only run 4 M4 mag pouches, a water bottle pouch and a utility pouch to stuff random shit i might need. Weight wise its not bad atall, my gear isnt heavy enough to justify having a yoke fitted so this works well for me http://www.kombatuk.com/view.php?ViewProduct=1028t

    Thanks for advice all, gun is an ex two tone with a custom DPM painted receiver, however i have noticed accessories to slide on to the rails are a little tight due to the layers of paint applied

    Each to their own. Everybody's feet are different, Just saying what works for me and why I recommend them. End of the day the best thing for the OP to do is try as many pairs on within his budget and find what works for him.

    If your more a fair weather or indoor player i highly rate meindl desert foxes. Nice and lightweight, good ankle support and has the speed lacing. Absolutely love them. Also use them for going walking
