    can vouch for this working as well. posted a topic on this about 3 weeks ago and it worked a treat on my CM16 with fantastic results. Back to the original colour and without damaging any of the other painted on manufacturer markings either. Not sure how well it would work against other paints...

    Paint removal - the awesomeness of dettol

    I'm not sure what kind of paint was on there tbh as the gun was second hand and already painted when i bought it. I would hazard a guess that the paint was some sort of acrylic but i'm no guru in that area.
