    I cannot think of a reason why it would not cycle on an 11.1v other than a battery/connector issue.  As Skara stated, a video of you trying to shoot it using an 11.1v would be useful.  What charger are you using?

    It could be that the initial insertion is pushing the CYMA mags up far enough for a few BBs to feed, after which the back of the mag drops a bit because the mag catch is not holding it up far enough.     I run CYMA midcaps in a Double Bell AK without any issues. Did you buy it new or second hand?    If the former, does it feed on the supplied mag?  If not, it could be a nozzle problem or there could be an issue with the hop unit. If it was second hand, then can you borrow a different mag to try?
