    The problem could be airloss within the gearbox or hop up, or the spring could just be weak. Some suggestions; Try the floss mod / teflon taping the hop up unit as that'll keep the air from escaping between the inner barrel and hip up unit. Replace the bucking with a higher quality bucking...

    No reason why G&G would make their AK magazines proprietary, they most definitely should be Marui compatible (which the Flashmags are.)

    Action Army hop-up unit PDI barrel + R-hop patch + flat-nub Heaviest BB's you can afford / find (Used .45g BBkings at my last game, worked a treat.) The Mancraft route will save you buying an expensive trigger unit, but if you can afford a zero-trigger - get one, they're much more satisfying...

    I was going to suggest a P90 but the grip is a bit fat, I owned a Marui AEP Mp7 once and ergonomically it was perfect for 'smaller' people. Good accuracy and range from it, too.
