    I couldn't find anything further, so I'd assumed it was settled out of court.  I'd love to know more about site insurance, conditions, and premiums, given that rather cavalier "It won't happen here" attitude that we see too often.

    Yup, always check the simple stuff first: connectors, and wire continuity: a basic multimeter will pay for itself the first time you use it to find a wiring fault.
