I think there’s a post about this somewhere in the thread… You should be able to use your existing barrel and just buy a barrel but adapter ring. If your using a 14.5” and want a shorter one, keep your eye on the classifieds for a 10.5” or alternatively, Google MWS outer barrel.

All MWS’ are exactly the same internally. Depends how much you want to swap out or keep stock but honestly, the cheaper the better as making it your own is quite the rabbit hole.

A good compromise if you want a decent bump helmet but don’t want to shell out the £600+ for an ops core is the EON carbon composite helmet. Carbon shell like the ops core and comes with 4D pads, real Wilcox shroud too.

Have a look at a microfibre “stuff it” pouch, these usually come on a small carabiner that you could attach to your kit in some way. Retractable lanyard would be ideal.
