No because by doing it this way the deans connector will fit through the space I've made for it. So I can take the lower off and pull the connector out through the hole in the picture above

The problem i have is needing space to run the wires. I dropped the stock down specifically so that I can fit a deans through . I might be able to modify one of those to make the wires fit but it would mean having the whole thing strung together with the wires when I take it apart.

Oh I see. I plan on giving it a proper stress test to see how much it takes to break it and where it breaks. In theory it should distribute the load fairly well between the plates that mount it to the receiver, the bolts, threaded inserts and the threads of the buffer tube. Still, probably...
