bayonets and knives
depends on the site nickona, best to contact them if they allow them, they will be some guidelines on using it, as some people dont like a rubber knife being held to their throat nor do some people follow the 'Bang' / 'Knife' Rule -_-- Matt!

Retailers - bending the rules on 2 tone?
you are, for example you had a 2 tone then acquired UKARA, you would be allowed to spray that 2 tone into its original colours. -
Sidearm for Sniping?
spring shotgun as you said with no stock could easily be mounted on a sling on the side, if you want a pistol then anything, even spring if you feel you arent going to be using it much. if you want a really quiet pistol then you cant beat a TM Mk.23 (its non blowback however)- Matt!

Two Tone Gun specififations
sounds like an m4 to me, just get rid of the carry handle and front sight for flip up sights and your sorted.- Matt!

Gun selection help!
ICS L85 + backup M4 = Same mags so you can spread the costings and if you deans' your batteries then there both compatible. £100 for a belt rig is a bit much isnt it? better of looking at used gear and tends to look better anyway :)- Matt!

How to fail at skirmishing
Gearbox died due to using a s*** battery mag release fell out resulting in me holding my magazine in from the bottom almost falling down a massive hole :)- Matt!
