    Advice needed ASAP, my boss is pissed off with me for being off sick yesterday, i need to ask for a week off to start my new job & see if i like it but of course he doesn't know i even have a new job.

    Yeah, regular breathing cycles were one of the first htings I learnt when I started doing cross countries. I won the county one a few years back. But haven't really trained that much since so I am on the current program to get back up to standard. Thanks for the tip mate!

    sounds stupid really but i sometimes struggle to breath correctly whilst exercising, like not being able to keep a good rythm.

    Use a straw and just breath Really deep in and out only through the straw (Isn't as effective as the Mask's but i don't want you guy's killing yourself's!) doing regular thing's around the house and relaxing then after a week or so start doing actual exercise's

    yea £250 is pretty good!

    I recommend using G&P Stanag MidCap's (They work like Dream's after being broken in and fit perfectly into my 2 ICS L85's) their atleast a nice alternative to the E-Mag's!
