I have an ics ble xae but it really struggles in winter. I also have an upgrade asg mk23 that I have thrown the towel in on to be honest. Upgraded with the maple leaf rubber and tdc mid. Have stripped and rebuilt it several times. But no matter what it just won’t feed properly. You have to take the mag out and reinsert it to get a bb to feed and repeat it for every shot.

Keep the green gas pistol for 8-9 months of the year and maybe pick up a cheap Cyma Glock AEP for the cold ones. They're dirt cheap from Taiwangun.
You could get the asg and upgrade it for under your budget.
