My Hermes are just useless. I ordered a part for my lawnmower that was dispatched the same day. IT TOOK HERMES 3 MONTHS TO  DELIVER IT. By that point i had given up, bought another one and fixed the bloody mower.  ?  Sorry for the rant I really hate My Hermes

Still not as bad as UPS. Service so shitty they had to start charging admin fees for refunds.

They're hopeless. Hermes managed to lose a monitor I was returning to Amazon. It just disappeared after they'd picked it up.

And literally not one single way of getting in touch with them.
I've had to email Skirmshop.nl, but they have a policy by the look of things of not following up "lost" orders until after 30 days...
Fricking great.
The only reason I used nl was because the hop unit wasn't in stock yet at the uk branch and I wanted it sooner rather than later.
Well that worked out well.
