I keep meaning to get to H2O in Kilmarnock for sniping action, but very nearly every Sunday that there's been a game day on since it opened last year it's been raining or blowing a gale. At the scheduled milsim weekend in July it tipped it down all weekend, so it was almost fortuitous that they cancelled it.
If that weather comes to pass, I'm guessing that they'll have a load of no-shows this Sunday too.
Sad times for them, they've been really unlucky even by West Coast standards.

Depends how seriously you take your recreating. This is a pleasure hobby for me, and doing it in heavy rain just rinses the joy right out of it. Yes, I know, there's no such thing as bad weather, just inadequate clothing, but that's my mantra for my daily bike commute - I like something a little different at the weekends.
