In two minds on that I could ask for a brand new one as it's so early I don't have to accept a repair but as this is a common fault on the evo I think a better set of gears would be the smart choice and it's the perfect time to negotiate a deal on it since they will have to eat the cost of something to get me up and running.
It's likely that they would send back to the manufacturer and get credit anyway so they'd most likely offer you a replacement RIF and maybe a % discount on parts if you ask for upgrades.
They have the evo tek upgrade so I assume they have in house technicians. The replacement parts would be covered by ASG but the labour time to install them is their cost really.
Yea if they were going inside the gun in the first place I figured they can discount me pretty good.
No comms out of them today they had the package delivered at 09:59 this morning. If I don't get a response before lunch tomorrow I won't be a happy customer.
