Depends what you want out of it but personally I like the M870

That's what I'm leaning towards bud. Everyone loves a good 'pump'  ?   

Back  in the day I used to run around with my old Super 90 and I had a ton of fun with it. I can only assume the M870 would be even more enjoyable to use. 

There's an AA12 at a very fair price local to me (with drum mag) which is making my head turn that's all. But as you've confirmed they are very different shotguns for sure. 

What was the one that can take AA12 mags but isnt an AA12?

I like the SGR-12 but call me old fashioned I wouldn't use simply because it's not a real weapon! (my loss I suppose) 

M870 is an actual shotgun, the AA12 is more of a support weapon   

Personally I would go with the AA12 for the shits n giggles as I dont really like traditional looking shotguns, love my SMGs too much.

But its like asking if you should buy a Mp5 or a M60   

SGR-12 for CQB, semi and full auto joy.

KSG... But only because I have one. 

If I had a choice again, I would definitely go for the AA12. 

Get the AA12

then save up to get a KSG as well ! Cover all eventualities ?

Pump actions are fun but AA12 is a absolute beast and kinda makes other guns redundant
