isnt 6x a bit much? 4x is more than enough for my air rifle , let alone my airsoft gun lol!

Yeah, doubt you'll need/want 6x, especially if it's fixed. I find that 4x is sometimes (most of the time) too much for my sniper...

i know its going to be hard and the rel steel uses a 6x thats why

couldnt you just get a x4 and put a 6x sticker on it? ( im sure people would be none the wiser XD )

They also use normal style scopes too. Schmitt and bender I think.

Rexfan, the 6x and 4x ACOG scopes look very different, the 6x is huge. Leupold 50mm scopes have apparently been spotted also, there's a thread on uk airsoft zone about the L129A1 where people have made some fairly good approximations.
