IPB update doesn't change the minimum term limit. Don't see why it would as going from 4 down to 3 terms is still a pretty significant performance hit for the VPS given how many more possibilities there for a 3 term search down from a 4 term one. Would be interesting to see it tried for a week though and see if it meaningfully impacts performance.
