It's pretty simple.. burger menu > Activity

Found the activity bit but its giving me status updates as well as thread updates so you have to wade through too much.

Whats the activity bit about whose liked or subscribed to whatever about?  Too much big brother

Menu button keeps freezing it up like an overlay that wont load and just freezes my screen I am stuck here now!

Choose "Unread Content" from "Activity" and then filter by only "Topics".

It's better.. just no one is used to it yet.. change takes a while to get used to.

Got the menu working have to hit the button then scroll sideways. Change is good but this has got me reaching for the anadin. Its cumbersome where the old UI was basic but worked.

The menu bit is a pain on the S7 edge because you hit the button and then go to scroll sideways for the list and instead you pull up the edge menu. Keep nearly phoning the wife, shes going to love that at 1 o'clock in the morning lol.

Have you seen the leaderboard bit?

You can get a gold medal for not having a life 

Would be nice to be able to edit them too. Still can't believe Dev killed emojis though cruel barsteward.

Will be ok once the bugs are ironed out and everyone gets their heads round it.
