Their thoughts were that, they didn't have a good enough idea on whether to exit or not. As they are not intelligent in that side of the world. Therefore, there needs to be someone who comes out and states all the necessary information on both sides of the vote.

I'm sure not everyone actually knows what is what, and what is best. So, what's the point.

I know you could google it, but there's millions of we pages saying stuff in complicated terms...

Problem is most of the people who would know if its a good or bad thing will generally have a biased opinion, hence the scaremongering about jobs, NHS etc... I have tried reading up but just find such contradicting and conflicting arguments, and when the politicians cant even agree you know its not an easy decision. :(

The government has already sent such information - There is tons of information out there. It requires people to sit down and see what the most convincing arguments are to them. Not voting is the dumbest decision of all though.

Most people have already made up their minds ages ago based on their own personal experiences and beliefs. No bull$hit will sway them. It is the undecided that worries me as it is such a close call. If it was 60/40 then nowt anybody can do

Google till your fingers hurt and then Google some more.

Then hit up Facebook and see people from both sides who've spent more time typing out their opinion than reading up on it.

The problem with governments information is its totally biased, I mean I know it all will be. even trade reports and stuff like that will be funded by people with agendas and therefore biased. I know what I am voting but I can totally understand people having no clue and feeling like they dont care and wont bother.

Don't use it then. There are plenty of foundations and thinktanks out there that aren't in the UK or EU and aren't funded by either as well. Again, there's no excuse - we live in the information age and it's all just a few clicks away.

Politicians will keep spinning and media will keep churning out click-baity headlines as long as it works. Until people take a few moments to learn the joys of being able to learn anything about anything in a matter of minutes th...

And I apologise if that sounds overly-harsh. This is just a status thing so was trying to keep it short. I know a lot of people don't have a lot of spare time, I know a lot of people (probably not on this forum) who struggle with the internet and sourcing their information properly. The thing is, this isn't a new issue - primarily newspapers need to sell copies, and that will always come first beyond getting the exact truth out. If they can get a story big enough to do both then great...

I wrote an essay and it deleted half of it. Probably for the best, lol. At least it cut off in a place that doesn't make me look too bonkers.
