yup - as said you get email usually to tell ya you have been placed on database or your yearly renewal... Normally site - retailer not getting fingers out is likely reason for delay.
3 months from date of first skirmish is the norm, though 3 games in 2 months I think you have/should be 3 months to be entered though took nearly 4 months for me to get entered. Think they was trying to avoid me like most people I know
