AEG spring*.

m100 is supposed to be 328fps

so a m150 "should" give ya 493fps. But not Guarder as they are often over the spring rating. AEG SVD might only req a m140-ish due to long barrel creep

Just ordered a PDI 190% as it was only £5 from Redwolf

might be a bit under say 430-450fps but if svd you probably looking at more:

All guns/builds are differentbut you can alter it a little by adding spacer carefully or reduce by remove bearing spring guide AoE etc...

Too many variables to roughly guess exact final fps - only an estimate at best

It's spring powered, but it uses AEG springs. Read a few posts that suggested that the 190% would output near 500 FPS, other posts (like the one you linked) say 400 to 450 FPS. We'll see.
